History:

 

Peter Doyle has a long legal history. He was admitted to the Bar in 2003 after having worked as a Solicitor since his admission in 1998. Prior to that Peter worked for 15 years in the New South Wales Police Service with 10 of those years working as a Police Prosecutor in the Local, Children’s and Coroners Courts of New South Wales.

 

Peter has vast experience in criminal law.  He has appeared in the High Court, Court of Criminal Appeal, Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court.  He has appeared in numerous jury trials as well as taking matters on appeal to the superior courts.  Peter also appears in the civil jurisdiction and before Administrative Tribunals.

 

Many of Peters clients are residents of the Macarthur and surrounding regions so he has set up a Barristers Chambers in Campbelltown to provide easy and affordable access to advocacy services.

History:

 

Gianna Doyle has a versatile background in both education and the law. Gianna was admitted as a Solicitor in 2012 after many years of teaching Legal Studies to HSC students in the Macarthur area. She coached many Law Society of New South Wales Mock Trial Competition teams, was an Advisor to Legal Studies HSC students prior to their final exams as well as organising many legal education experiences for students and adults including the 2000 Law Week activities for the Macarthur Region.

 

Gianna has appeared in the District, Local and Children’s Courts in criminal matters, she has also appeared before the Family Court.  She has instructed in serious criminal trials.  Gianna is also involved in transactional work such as conveyance, wills, Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship, Property Issues and Family matters.

Her areas of practice aim to provide legal services to the families of the Macarthur Region including but not limited to; Family Law, Family Provisions, Conveyancing, Wills and Probate, Criminal Law and a range of other services aimed at solving the problems people face in everyday life.

 

Gianna is an active member of the Macarthur Law Society having been elected to the Executive and being responsible for organising programs for the Continuing Legal Education of Practitioners as well as other local events.

History:

 

Alana's has been active in the Campbelltown Community for many years. From 2005 to 2007 Alana volunteered for Campbelltown City Council as a young representative and in 2005 was chosen to go to Koshigaya Japan as part of Campbelltown's Sister City program. In 2007 Alana attended the Inagural Muslim Youth Summit as a guest on behalf of Campbelltown City Council.

 

In 2013 Alana graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an Honours Law degree and an Arts degree. During her time at Notre Dame Alana was earned several awards for academic performance, was sent to Thailand to represent the University at a 3 day conference and also travelled to the United States as part of her course work.

 

In 2014 Alana was admitted as a Solicitor and has practiced Law in the inner City and has worked at Doyle Legal since it opened in August 2014. She is a current member of the Macarthur Law Society and attends regular meetings.

 

Alana has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts for both Civil and Criminal matters. She has also instructed for both Civil and Criminal trials.

 

Alana's passion is litigation, in particular serious criminal matters. As a result Alana commenced a Masters of Criminology in 2014. However, Alana also practices in transactional law including Wills and Probate.

 

Alana hopes to continue to serve the Campbelltown Community for many years to come.
